Ingredients (for 4 people):
125 gr Arbella Vermicelli (1/4 package)
2 table spoon Flour
1 lt Water
2 table spoon (almost 30 gr) Butter
200 gr Smashed Tomato
1/2 glass (almost 120 gr) Milk
Salt and Black Pepper
Recipe:
Fry the flour in the soup jar you melt your butter. Add the smashed tomato and continue to cook and stir for a few minutes. While adding the water slowly, continue to stir the soup with the wire beater. Add Arbella Vermicelli and conrtinue to stir until the soup boils. Add milk to the boiled soup, gradually. After adding salt and black pepper, turn off the stove. If you wish, color with cherry tomatoes cut in half and fried with Olive Oil before serve.Bon Appetit.
