Ingredients (for 4-5 people):
1 package Arbella Chickpeas Fusulli
10 Walnuts
10 Strawberries
1 Cucumber
50 gr Cheddar Cheese (or unsalted Curd Cheese)
2 table spoon Olive Oil
1 table spoon Balsamic Vinegar
Recipe:
Place Arbella Chickpeas Fusulli in to the boiling water for eight/ten minutes and strain. Stir the cubed sauteed strawberries, cucumber cut into julienne, walnuts cut into four piece, large grated cheese, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and boiled Arbella Chickpeas Fusulli in a deep bowl, gently. Add grated cheese on top before serve. Bon Appetit.
